They have been influenced by ethno-political aspects and the development of military technology. Today, we are witnessing the most significant revolution in warfare since the world wars of the 20th century: war is no longer a “duel” between two or more countries waged for political purposes. It is becoming something else. How has the war changed, and what will it be?
