
• Straight-Arm Pulldowns for 12-15 reps to failure (upright position)
• Straight-Arm Pulldowns for max reps (bent over position)
• Bent Over "J" Pulldowns for max reps
• Hybrid Motorcycle Row/Face Pull for max reps
• Bent-Over Lat Pulldowns for max reps.
