How the European Union and Russia see the Future of Multilateral Diplomacy”. The panel session of the conference was dedicated to the topic: "Does Multilateral Diplomacy Have a Future? Views of Russia and the EU". The first session of the conference was titled "Are Sanctions a New Global Regulator? Reducing the Collateral Damage of Economic Wars".
